This Airside Participant Agreement outlines the terms required to participate in 2026 Pylon Racing Training Camp’s (PRTC)/SkyFiesta Air Race & Airshow airside activities.  By signing, you acknowledge and agree to accept-sign and acknowledge (1) (the) a release of liability associated with participation in a live aviation event, (2) a media and likeness release allowing the Sport Air Racing Council (SARC) to use images or recordings that include you or your aircraft, and (3) a participant media license granting SARC shared rights to use any media you choose to provide.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand that this Agreement is an important legal document, and by signing electronically or in writing, I am waiving substantial legal rights I may otherwise have to recover damages for injuries or losses. I intend for my voluntary signature to serve as confirmation of my complete and unconditional acceptance of the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties regarding these issues, and no oral representations, statements or inducements have been made apart from this Agreement and intend for it to be enforced to the greatest extent allowed by law.
