Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Skyfiesta! We're excited to invite you to participate in our event on October 25th at the Las Cruces International Airport.

All the essential details and pricing can be found in the Vendor Information Packet. Please review it carefully, as it contains important information regarding vendor spaces, costs, and event schedules.

Here's a quick overview of the key points:

 

Vendor Space Rental Costs:

10x10 Crafts/Services (Non-Food): $150

10x10 Prepackaged Food Items: $150

Food Truck/Trailer: $300

10x10 Non-Profit: $50 (Proof of non-profit status is required.)

  • Exhibitor Space Rental Cost: $50 (this amount is only for vendors not selling any items, for sale booths you must apply as a crafter services vendor)

  • Set Up & Hours:

    • Set Up: Begins at 8:00 a.m. on both Friday and Saturday. All vehicles must be off the grounds by 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.

    • Saturday Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    • Friday Private Event: 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (open to approved vendors only)

Insurance

A copy of your insurance certificate must be provided prior to October 01, 2025. A Certificate for liability in the amount of $1,000,000.00 is required. 

  1. In accordance with our use of KLRU airport and holding the event, a COI and related   endorsements shall also name as Additional Insureds:
    The City of Las Cruces, and their Elected Officials, Officers, Directors, Employees,   Volunteers and Agents.

  2. For the event producer dba SkyFiesta of Las Cruces, a COI shall also name as   Additional Insureds: 
    Sport Air Racing Council Corp, and their Officers, Directors, Employees, Volunteers and Agents.
